Complex engineering preparation of installation and enforcement of the first stage of the Bhilian Metallurgical Plant in India
An agreement on the construction and commissioning of the Bhilian Metallurgical Plant in India provided for the commissioning of priority facilities in 1958. and the end of the construction of the plant in 1959.
Based on these terms, Hyprometes determined the deadlines for commissioning the main workshops and farms into operation, sequence and pace of construction of the plant. The priority of the commissioning of the main objects was established taking into account their technological ties in such a way that each newly introduced object is provided with the necessary raw materials, fuel, energy resources, etc. P. from previously put into operation of facilities. When establishing the duration of the construction of the main facilities, the time required for testing, adjustment and commissioning of units was taken into account.
It was stipulated that the construction should begin with the work on the vertical layout of the site, laying underground water supply and sewage networks, steam supply and other networks, the construction of railway and roads. In mid -1956. Work on the installation of communications in the areas of repair, auxiliary, coksochemical, domain and steelfill shops was provided. After the indicated work, the construction of the main workshops began. The commissioning of individual workshops and facilities is provided at different times, starting from mid -1957. and until December 1959.
