In Germany, the state actively maintains innovation in order to large -scale entry into the market of the method of heating, with which a special coating is applied to the facade of the houses, collecting solar energy during the day and transfers it to the house at night. A similar experiment is conducted today and in the Russian Federation.
To supply clean air of a certain temperature in these buildings, supply and exhaust ventilation is used through the installation of heat recovery (excess heat of air is used to heat water).
In order to illuminate the premises, systems using LED (LED) blocks are becoming more and more active. In this LED, unlike a fluorescent lamp or incandescent lamp, electric current is converted directly into light radiation. Hence their great efficiency and efficiency: if the recoil of light has ten to fifteen lm/W, the luminescent energy -saving lamp has fifty to seventy lm/W, the LED light output record is two hundred lm/W.
In the aggregate, previously listed technological techniques allow to reduce the consumption of such external electricity buildings to a minimum. There are already proper examples, mainly in Western Europe, mainly in Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
The next step in the formation of technologies for the construction of energy -efficient buildings should be the foundation of an energy -active building, that is, at home, which produces more energy than uses. The project of such a house was shown in the exposition of the National Department of Germany. In addition, similar pilot projects were carried out in Sweden and Denmark. There are single examples of energy -efficient houses in our country. For example, in Moscow, in the Nikulino-2 area, an experimental residential building has already been built using the technology of Passive House.
